Wendy’s real estate license was obtained in July of 1987, and from that moment on, there was no looking back! Her love of the business, and burning desire to help people from all walks of life made her shoot to the top of the sales force at her former company.
Upon returning to Ottawa in 1993, Wendy re-established herself as one of the area’s top producing Real Estate Sales Representatives, leading the way with innovative marketing and sales programs, always positioning her clients’ properties to take advantage of every opportunity in the market, and successfully acting as not only a Buyer’s Representative to assist hundreds of Buyers in their mission to meet their home-buying goals, but as a top Seller’s Representative as well. Wendy continues to volunteer with the local real estate board on various committees, and particularly enjoys her participation in the Professional Standards Committee, as well as the Technology Committee.
Wendy’s business philosophy focuses heavily on providing the highest level of service to her clients, and she believes strongly in continuing to upgrade her skills and education in her chosen profession, leading the way with a very comprehensive website, taking full advantage of all the high tech tools available to her. She has returned to class and become an ABR™ (Accredited Buyer’s Representative), has the Keller Williams Realty “eAgent” designation, and works closely with many families relocating both into and out of the Ottawa area.
Nancy began her career as a legal assistant, with a specialty in real estate transactions.
Using her over two decades’ experience in the legal realm, Nancy was equipped with a sound understanding of the legal facets of buying and selling property. It was a natural step for Nancy to obtain her real estate license in 1989.
A large part of Nancy’s success as a Realtor since 1989 has been her ability to clearly see the fine details in any transaction and to communicate them openly to her clients. She makes sure her clients understand the entire process and communicates frequently to ‘keep the door’ open.
Nancy works closely with all her clients to ensure that their individuality is not only addressed but also reflected in the buying and selling process. Nancy is genuine about providing the best representation to her clients each and every time and has been complemented many times by her clients for her patience in finding the right home. Her years of experience have taught her skillful negotiation with the goal being a win-win for everyone and Nancy now boasts a lengthy list of hundreds of happy clients from which she receives numerous referrals each and every year.
